Charlotte Viener has been practicing law since October of 1998 and has always had a passion for issues regarding immigration. She received her Law Degree from Tulane University in 1998. In 2002, Ms. Viener opened her own law practice concentrating solely in the area of Immigration Law. Since then she has successfully represented clients in removal proceedings involving asylum, cancellation of removal, and crime-triggered immigration litigation. In addition to litigation and removal defense, she also regularly handles family- and employment-based applications before USCIS and the AAU.
